Our Medical Director
Dr. Ramsey Gardner is a board-certified physician with a passion for aesthetic medicine. He was raised in Arkansas and is a US Air Force Veteran. Gardner’s medical journey began with an Undergraduate degree at The University of Texas at Austin and he received his medical degree from The University of Arkansas.
He has extensive training in aesthetic medicine and is committed to helping our patients create superior aesthetic results with cutting edge anti-aging solutions that address concerns unique to each patient. Dr. Gardner’s goal is that patients feel educated about their treatment plans and regain a youthful look with safety being of utmost priority.

Zenith Wellness was born from a shared passion for wellness, beauty, and balance. Together, Kheriya and Mu’nisa bring over 20 years of clinical experience, having worked both in and out of hospital settings throughout the San Diego area. After caring for patients across many stages of health, we wanted to create a space where people could experience that same level of compassion, safety, and excellence — but in a calm, restorative environment designed to nurture both body and mind.
We believe that self-care is not a luxury; it’s an essential part of living well. Every service we offer is designed to be approachable, medically sound, and tailored to support your physical and emotional well-being.
